Position Type: Contract or Employment – Part-time to Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated, client-focused Property Manager to join our local team and uphold our commitment to top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owner & Resident Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Portfolio Growth: Begin with 20-40 units and grow to 80 units.
  • Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct move-in/move-out walkthroughs, oversee maintenance and repairs.
  • Leasing & Applicant Screening: Assist with listing available homes, conducting prospective tenant tours, and processing applications.
  • Compliance & Lease Oversight: Ensure residents adhere to lease agreements and local Washington landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Lease Renewals: Perform market analysis and pursue lease renewals at full market rent rates.
  • System Operations: Utilize AppFolio and online portals for record-keeping, maintenance tracking, and general portfolio oversight.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of property management or real estate administration experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of Washington State Landlord-Tenant laws and local housing market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and customer service skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
    • Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus).
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
